Enjoy a night of amazing music in the cool & cosy surroundings of Dark Woods Coffee Mill in Slaithwaite. With the amazing talents of Chris Pulleyn on Piano, Gillian Blair on Saxophone and versatile singer Aimée Fisk, we'll be performing everything from famous opera hits, to atmospheric jazz, exciting contemporary music and everything in between.

Aimée performs the role of Nella in Puccini's Gianni Schicchi, alongside Sir. Bryn Terfel and singers from the European Opera Centre under the baton of Domingo Hindoyan and dramatised by Bernard Rozét.
PARSIFAL (WAGNER) - OPERA NORTH

Aimée will cover the role of Flower Maiden and join the chorus of Opera North under the baton of Richard Farnes for their tour of Wagner's Parsifal; visiting Leeds, Nottingham, Manchester and London's Southbank.

Aimée performs the role of Mary Morstan in a new opera created by Scottish composer and librettist Liam Paterson (Scottish Opera, The Barbican) carrying out an R&D process ahead of a full production in 2023.
Based on one of Conan Doyle’s most popular Sherlock stories - The Sign of Four - this new opera will find innovative ways to bring the mystery and excitement of the world’s most famous detective to life.

THE WIND (ERLAND COOPER)
February 2022
A new score for the elemental 1928 silent film The Wind, written by Scottish composer and artist Erland Cooper for the women of the Chorus of Opera North, receives its world premiere at Sage Gateshead on 24 February 2022.
The latest commission in our FILMusic series tours to RNCM Manchester on 25 February and closes at the Howard Assembly Room on 26 February.
THE SHAPE OF SOUND - OPERA NORTH

Aimée will join the Opera North Chorus for a specially curated programme of contrasting early and twentieth century music that explores the ability of sound to transform and affect space. Bringing together the early polyphony of William Byrd with the minimalism of Arvo Pärt and John Cage, this is a celebration of the sculptural power and enduring mystery of the human voice.
